1. Eligibility

To register and use faa999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account on faa999 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of faa999, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and you are participating voluntarily, using funds that you can afford to lose.

faa999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure and the forfeiture of any bonus balances.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Each individual may register only one account on faa999. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether using the same personal details, the same payment method, or the same device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information at all times. faa999 may require identity verification ("KYC") at any point, including but not limited to:

• Before processing any withdrawal request.
• When cumulative deposits exceed ৳50,000 in any 30-day period.
• When faa999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or unusual activity on the account.
• At any time as required by faa999's internal compliance procedures.

Acceptable KYC documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate, together with proof of payment method ownership. All documents submitted must be genuine. Submission of forged or altered documents is a serious offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify faa999 immediately at [email protected].

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on faa999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). faa999 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfer services including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing windows are published on the payments page and may be updated from time to time. faa999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made via Bangladeshi mobile financial services, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

• Deposits are credited to your faa999 account balance in real time under normal circumstances. Delays caused by the payment provider are outside faa999's control.
• Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 10 minutes. Requests submitted during scheduled maintenance windows may take longer.
• faa999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any funds deposited on the Platform that are not wagered at least once before withdrawal may be subject to an administrative review.
• Bonus balances are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

faa999 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Account balances held on the Platform should be treated as gaming credits, not as savings deposits.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

faa999 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unfulfilled bonus balances expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• faa999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including where faa999 reasonably suspects that a player is exploiting promotional terms in bad faith.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are credited as real-money balance once all wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Certain game categories or specific titles may contribute at reduced rates — or may not contribute at all — toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are set out in each promotion's individual terms.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games on faa999 — including sports betting markets, live casino tables, slots, crash games, keno, and fish shooting titles — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface, as well as the general fair use obligations set out in these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in civil or criminal referral where applicable:

• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches, or calculation errors in any game or on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with normal human play.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share cards, or otherwise manipulate the result of any game.
• Match-fixing or placing bets with knowledge of a pre-arranged sporting outcome.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or attempting to use faa999 as a vehicle for processing the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Placing bets to deliberately hedge bonus exposure in a manner designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome (commonly known as "bonus abuse").

faa999 uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all casino games. The RNG outcomes are not influenced by the Platform, individual players, or any third party. Results are final once confirmed by the game system. In the event of a disputed result, faa999's game logs constitute the definitive record.

6. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from faa999 without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, faa999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content, products, or services made available through it.

• faa999 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical failures may affect availability.
• faa999 is not responsible for any losses arising from delays, interruptions, or errors caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or telecommunications networks.
• Any malfunction in game software shall be governed by the malfunction policy published within the affected game interface. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• faa999's aggregate liability to any single player for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and faa999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Amendments to These Terms

faa999 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification where practicable. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately stop using faa999 and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
